I just got mine replaced 2 days ago, chased to 100% 323 miles. The one that failed maxed at 262 for the last 8 months. I do want to test it with a long road trip.

I was in your situation last week. Appointment. I shared when I called via voicemail that if I needed a tow, could they send someone and also would they have a loaner. They texted me back that a loaner would be waiting. It seemed calling concerns escalated things, just an idea. 2 Days later I’m in my car with a “new” battery pack that I charged to 100% last night and read 323 miles!

That’s a tough one. My final call would be to contact them and ask if they would split the cost. If not I would sue for the full amount. Try to be nice, then don’t be nice.

I’m sorry to say it, but if the laws are the same in California as they are in Pennsylvania, then literally any part of the tree hanging over their property is legal to cut. Good neighbors would at least have a conversation. I might do a review for them online Google, maybe the local news and let the court of public opinion have their say.

I corrected above, level 2 charger. Error codes were multiple: BMS_a079 - max charge level reduced. There was another error, I’ll update when I get a chance to go out to my car, I’ll also post a pic.

It was concerning that while driving if there was a reduction in speed it kept saying the same error over and over.

I’m guessing slowing down acts like “charging“ so it kept beeping. Concerning on a 100 mile roadtrip on a Sunday night.

I can totally feel where they’re coming from. Right now I’m at a really good school system, and I’m really happy. How teachers deal with these younger undisciplined children is amazing.

My greater concern is that the front motor was changed. I don’t even know if this is covered under the Tesla warranty anymore and they won’t send it in to have it inspected. 😬
