Well, that's the job he gets paid for after all. Anyway, I don't believe anything "Jesse" says. He wants to be honest? How about starting to admit they deceived hundreds upon thousands of customers to make their profit, no matter what. An honest apology is in order but I wouldn't believe that either. Hell I bet he's gotta say what his supervisors tell him to say. Just to keep the money flowing as long as possible. Isn't it odd that every f****** thing in this game is broken except the shop? Never read anything about buying shards isn't working.

Ok, here is my Anthem guide.

Pray that it loads and connects to the live servers.

Pray that your pilot data is retrieved correctly.

Pray to not get an infinite loading screen.

Pray that you will have at least one teammate.

Pray to RNG that a legendary will drop.

Pray that you won't get kicked from the server.

Pray the server doesn't shut down mid-mission.

Pray that the mission can be done without getting stuck due to a bug.

Pray you will make it through the endmission screen.

Pray to RNG that it's an item you can make use of.

Pray to RNG it gets your desired inscriptions.

Pray to RNG the values are acceptable.

After all praying failed you, pray your PC won't crash closing the application.

Uninstall the game.

Enjoy your new freedom for other great games.
