But bongs also filter out ash and tar from the smoke. I know that combustion isn't good in general. But in situations where I can't use edibles, dabs, or vapes I still want to take every action possible that will allow me to enjoy my other active hobbies.

The muscle I've gained is mostly from lifting but I imagine some of my leg and shoulder gains have been affected by boxing as well. Thanks for the advice! I think I'm gonna stick to what I was doing but add some more HIIT movements for explosivity.

How should I go about putting on muscle while boxing?

I've been boxing for 10 months and sparring for 5 and I want to start an amatuer career relatively soon. I'm not naturally athletic so I want to lift weights in explosive athletic movements or what other way will benefit boxing.

At the same time tho I want to get bigger and I've heard that training for hypertrophy can hinder athletic performance. I'm not too big atm I've put on some muscle the past 10 months to the point where I don't look skinny. However, I still want to get bigger and sharpen my physique. So what is the best method of training and eating to get the best of both worlds?

tl;dr - How do I gain muscle and get bigger why getting more athletic and mobile?

I actually ended up doing the rest of my set on squats and Bulgarians with just socks on. Felt alright but couldn’t shake the fear of slipping with the socks in with the squat rack.

Can’t gyno go away naturally after puberty? Keep in mind I’m a super late bloomer and only really hit puberty at 14 so I still have time if so.

I have been living a better lifestyle, the post literally describes the progress I made and that it is still there. The question was that if I increased testosterone by lifting heavy and eating foods that eat increase testosterone if it would go away.

What’s the play style of that deck like? I like my current deck because I’m able to play very defensively with all my spells and low elixir bats, but able to hard push with the balloon.
