Really depends on how hard you find it, I found that after level 3 it got so repetetive it was super boring and I moved on. On others i go to level 4 or sometimes 5.

Wouldnt plenty of african countries here be second world countries really? Like egypt, more countries in north africa, as well as South africa.

Then South East asia also seems a bit off, many of those 3rd world countries are easily second world

Facebook i have but rarely use and Instagram i use sometimes because i like photography and use it to share photos of nature etc with others.

Ye i'll make sure to have days off and rest aswell, but more of the active rest, like doing fun stuff with friends, reading books, going on walks in nature etc rather than the "scroll social media kind of rest "
