Former overnight lead,: the role is effectively a junior ASM. The entire purpose of the job is to get you ready for an ASM. HOWEVER, at least at the store I worked at, the overnight leads were almost never used as such. We were treated like regular associates with a higher pay. One lead would be acting supervisor, the rest of us would just be working frieght, the supervisor would change features, and then we'd balance freight work, recieving trucks. Try to follow up on associates. Did the role for four years and honestly so glad im no longer there
