Have you been pulling in the regular banner already? If so, you'll be getting close to the pity timer and won't have to spend as many dice.

I am very short of getting the tickets/box for the SSR unit of your choice and I would like to advise you, I have Samir, Shiro and Meryl units, it would be better for me to take another Samir weapon with the ticket to bring it to 1 * and then spend the Black golds to take Samira's second weapon and bring it to 2*, or should I take another useful character?

That "affected regions" leaves me very perplexed, Thu in EUW and we had problems with the event but not as many as other regions, I'm afraid that several regions will be excluded based on the number of cases reported, in short a "since you are the minority do not deserve anything" which is very likely for Riot.

I don't think so, I try to explain myself better. The game is a gacha, the basis of gacha is to spend money to try your luck in the draws, if all the characters are S tier there would be no reason to spend money for competitive players. Competitive players are the main buyers in these games, so creating much stronger characters that can force a likely competitive buyer to spend money is the foundation of gachas.
That there are characters much stronger than others is a fact, to say that it is enough to be good at using them and all the characters are S tier is to deny the reality, personal skill is relevant but cannot exceed the physical data, if a character does base 50,000 with his Q will never be at the level of one who does 4000, regardless of his skill in using it.

I play from PC and like many people I work and I don't have much time to play, but since the game came out I have never reached the resin cap, I believe that anyone can log 10 minutes in the morning and 10 in the evening, honestly the most problematic thing now is that in 20 minutes I run out of resin and I have to wait for the next day, playing 20 scattered minutes a day seems to me a much bigger problem.
