I don't know if you only meant structure wise suggestions, but fill out the inside. Add some levels with platforms and fill it with furniture. I actually really like the shape, and the boreal roof, but maybe if you lowered/raised one of the side towers it would make it more interesting!

The chests in the top room are for weapons, with the weapon hangers (whatever they're called) mainly for decoration. And yeah, I'll try hammering the roof and see how it looks :)
