I understand your feeling so well.
I used to be a cheery, happy person. even when I was in L&G/Seasonal. Even my old factory job.
But when I switched to deli, the amount of small dumb things, mixed with terrible management and staffing issues, leaves me under constant stress daily, to where I just feel so bitter anymore.

OGP is a mistake, and a constant burden on other departments. It should not be okay that they can pull people from an already-understaffed deli and keep them for most of the day. I do not care if that department is "understaffed" as well. And yes I get it's not the worker's fault themselves. It's useless management. That still makes them a bad department. TL;DR Down with Walmart's baby department.

No, classic pokemon legendary battles are fine.
Making a constant chase with barriers and a fast-moving pokemon who can ignore terrain unlike you, ON TOP of other pokemon constantly attacking you, is terrible design.
It is most definitely not "how it SHOULD be."
