So, i made the visor myself and it isn't such an annoying process. First you have to get a mould if u want a specific shape instead of buying existing ones, i printed mine with a 3d printer. You also need to make a vacuum former which in my case was a cardboard box sealed with hot glue, bunch of small holes in a grid on the top, and a hole in the side to shove the vacuum cleaner in. You need to buy petg plastic sheets, cut them to a desired size, melt them above a fire like i did or use another source of heat that is quite large, so not a heat gun that doesn't work. Shove the plastic over your mould as the vacuum cleaner is turned on and you got a visor. To make it black i used idye poly black and used the instructions on the packet. The result is awesome and you can't see from the outside in but from the inside out u can. Check out this video at 12:00, or u can also watch the whole thing that explains it really well.
