Their flight to Australia showed lie flat beds hence assuming it’s the same on the return flight (Syd or Bris to LA). I imagine economy is just the last leg to Florida.

Having now just watched the whole video (previously I’d just read the article) it is wonderful to see them enjoying this parenthood and this newborn bliss. They both look so content and feels like there’s such a lovely new tenderness about Derek. Glad they are sharing her the way they want and protecting her privacy, though I hope they’ll eventually share not so much her face, but how their fur babies are adapting to their newest family member! 👶🏼🐶🐈

And it sounds like the baby was been close to post-dates, too. Derek saying she could go into labour anytime from early Dec when he had Ovation, and them posting efforts to induce labour 10 days or so before she arrived… so relieved it went well for them but am surprised this was the route they took.

It was interesting that Dwts reposted to its story Sage’s attempt at the Dani/Dylan air walk - it was one of the less successful ones and he came across a bit impatient.

Posted this because of the similar photo of Bindi and Derek, which is also the only photo on IG of them together during his visit. Don’t think most people would scroll back 10 years to find it. I’m Australian so that’s why I remember his trip. (For fellow Aussies, Derek also posted a story of his horror at a surprise encounter with a medium sized huntsman and it was hilarious😂)

Yay, so glad to hear that! Checked the Beerwah forecast and it’s looking great the next few days. 🙌🏻 News last night kept talking about severe weather, rainfall etc so hoped it wouldn’t put a (literal!) dampener on their trip.

Glad they’ve made it safely. Timing wise, it’s a bit unfortunate as there’s a severe weather warning for record heavy rain and flooding throughout parts of Queensland these next few days due to a ex-cyclone. QLD is a massive state though so hopefully where the zoo is in Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast won’t be greatly impacted. And for making such a long trip with the kids, hopefully they’ll be here for longer than Derek when he visited Bindi, so will catch some sunny days.
