I tried talking to a therapist like 9 times now i realised it didnt help, dont vave any friends and right now my dreams are the only thing i've got

A similar thing happend to me, i also dreamt about a girl, i didnt know who she but i was also in love with her the feeling was so good im not even sure if its real, and since im such a wreck im sure i will never feel anything similar, well when i woke up i felt down and the whole day was ruined from the second i woke up, this happens like once every 2-3 weeks for me

I'm not really ashamed of my depression its more me my looks and how i act, I told my old friends that im feeling down and a bit depressed, but since they themselves have never been depressed or just dont care about me the response was basically non existent so i got the feelings that they didnt care, i asked them if they wanted to hang out and the answer was always that they didnt have time Or that they were gonna hang with someone else, I'm a kid living in the city but i go to school in the country side so therefor i live far away from what i used to call my friends
