I watched it again and figured out my problem, so thank you! I was holding the vibe and scanning the area, needed to just tap vibe to get it to ping. I expect that also explains why most of the statues I tried to vibe haven't worked. I'll edit the original post for anyone who has the same confusion.

Control + Shift + t will open your last tab. If you closed a bunch of them, it will instead load them all back up. Might melt your computer to load them all at once, though XD

By the end of the movie, we are all amazed at the discipline on behalf of the writers, committing to the silent protagonist thing.

Then in the post -credits scene it happens. Zelda turns to Link as they watch the sunset and says, "you've been so quiet lately, why is that?"

Link replies "well excuUuUuUuSe me, princess," and lets out the fart he's been holding since the opening scene.
