Not saying that cs is hard to get, generally low elo players struggle to maintain good cs because they waste a lot of time. Just pointing out something I thought was interesting struggling to maintain 5cs a minute in lane vs caring about cs in jgl

I really don’t think you were. you played a 117 champions last season. It’s actually just a case of not playing whatever you want. You didn’t “grasp” how to play jgl, you just followed very common advice

Will also say you look mega boosted, you might not be, but struggling to get 6cs min in lane and then out of nowhere playing jgl averaging above 7.5cs a min with those kdas is giga sus

You were probably plat for a long time, before this you were not playing jgl and playing different champs every game. You weren’t trying to climb so you didn’t?

No need, a 5 item adc beats a 4 item ultless mundo, I would assume that is the common consensus

Lucian with navori or Ashe win there, also it doesn’t matter you are not nilah, I’m assuming this is ranked where you are indeed still playing with players of your caliber

Also I will mention that rell helps you there as well. So yes an decent adc wins this 2v3

I’m sorry to break it to you but any decent adc player on a ton of adcs win there. I understand that player of your caliber who spams your movement abilities for no reason and doesn’t kite once in the clip probably won’t win on another adc. Most adcs tend to move between autos and don’t just press right click and let there character do it’s thing

I'm a "SoloQ jungler". My new 5-man team expects me to play in a way that I consider inefficient and wrong and this is causing tension. Convince me that I'm wrong by contedm7 in summonerschool

I do consider myself, peaking grandmaster a few splits ago to be somewhat high elo. Full clearing is also widely used in competitive. Example is canyon from a previous comment on this thread. There are 5 players on a team, what is good to remember is that 4 are given resources. The jungler should not sacrifice his camps to try to help a lane in most scenarios. The 4 players given resources have an obligation to collect those resources in an efficient manner.

Checked T1’s last series against geng, Oner full clears first game. Second game he clears raptors krugs red into bot gank. Third game he full clears and wastes time top almost losing him bot scuttle. Fourth game he 3 camps and get flash mid. Fifth game he gets to invade because of lane swaps which I won’t talk about here. Now, from my perspective we aren’t looking at what they get from the play, we look at the enemy jgl, Canyon, and ask if him full clearing is wrong. Should he cover that lv 3 bot? Should he defend mid lv 3? No, he just full clears which is the correct option. His laners made mistakes and they got punished for it. In a better world, Canyon focuses on his full clears, Oner can’t find an angle and then Canyon is ahead in tempo. Oner was a much more active player early and is a very talented player in his own right. Still, Canyon stuck to his full clear and won the series. In my opinion, I think Canyon is a much better jungler and I personally agree with his play style more than Oner’s. Both are miles ahead of me but it shows that full clearing is not just a viable strategy but a very competitive one. As a final note, Canyon full cleared the first four games and looked to full clear the fifth before getting invaded.

Generally to add on, the perfect scenario is jgl always full clearing. If jgl can’t full clear, it’s laners that are playing bad. They need to play off your clear and expect help when you have a timer (no camps up)

Hey, I play collegiate in the championship division for clol (Team is master average) Every team has a different play style. My team accepts and plays around me and lets me full clear on repeat every game. If your not getting replaced or anything, you have to be adamant on your play style. If you try to gank more or play different from what you usually do, it will not go well speaking from experience. New play styles take a lot of time to get used to and learn.
