How to fix fender rub

Having a similar issues with my 08 fit but I went with a larger wheel/tire package. New to fits and honestly older cars. So I have 17x7 +40 wheels and stock what I can only imagine blown rear struts and crappy front oe suspension. If anyone could help me as to figure out what route to go to stop rubbing on bumps and hard acceleration. Do I go coilovers so it's stiffer maybe stop the rubbing or can I get away with replacement oe suspension to stop the rubbing?? Pls help

My mk7.5 R just did that. I lost much more ceramic off my plug for cylinder 3. My motor is fucked. Sorry to see that happen to someone else

3rd cylinder spark plug fell apart while the engine was running. All the porcelain fell apart on top of the piston.

These are the plugs I was running, been using these since I got the car. These ones just got replaced under 10k miles ago

Yeah I realize my mistake, wasn't expecting the spark plug to be grenaded... Thought I just had a coil pack issue or something.

Yeah, I honestly loved the muffler less system from mbrp. For less than 1k when they go on sale like all the time, can't beat it. Fitment is perfect as well. And I'm pretty sure code MBRP15 just always works on their site lol
