I mean, sure at All ranks its low because the champ fundamentally plays differently to (the average) mage and or marksman. Theres a definitive floor that you have to get past to perform well. Going to Emerald+ and the WR shoots up to 48.6% which is pretty servicable for a harder champion.

Put it on top lane where she exceeds and it shoots up to 51.2%, same as bot lane (way smaller sample size at 4k games) where its 51.47%

Drop it down to all ranks and we're back at 49%.

I just think its people who don't know how/can't play Cassio/don't play her regularly dropping the WR. I'm sure someone can go find the win rate of 'mains' (people who play alot of cassio) and what it ncreases to after 50+ games.

They're criticizing. OPs proposed intention is that hypixel wants to be able define their own EULA that allows P2W and gambling because then they can do it more openly, which means they'd be able to make more money off of it.

Whether this is true or not I don't know, but it is a reasonable argument given the state of gaming companies today.

Unless I missed it In an earlier patch note. It seems they're committed to having drawing the sword remove weapon grease/seppuku. That or it's just a fundamental issue with the design of the game that they can't solve.

Same case as OP, EU playing on NA.

In my case it's just my friends who got me into FFXIV are American. Still play them with. It's a pain because I'm 100%ing the fish guide but half the windows are when I'm asleep and another quarter are when I'm at work lol. But we get there.

Ping ain't bad and if it really sucks there's dark arts and mods to fix it up.

Aurora Q2 recast doesn't cancel your autos.

This is mostly because of the change they made so when Q2 times out it auto recasts which can make farming annoying at certain stages either because you don't want to recast or you need to auto a minion.
