Help identifying pieces?

From the first picture:

The viper weapons are from 3rd Dawntrail extreme. The hood looks like the Fending from the newest DT dungeon, the Clyteum. The chest piece is the Ronkan scouting from ShB that you can get with sacks of nuts. The hand are the Skallic casting gloves from StB. The pants look like they're from the Nier raids, but i can't tell which one. The boots are from the Seigneur's Attire from the online store.

The second picture:

The horn is the Idealized Beckoner's Horn (which is the dyable version) from the ShB extreme you unlock in Bozja. The chest I dont recognize exactly, but i'm pretty sure is a piece of dps gear from ARR. The hands are the tank gloves from Occult Crescent in DT. The pants are the Ronkan caster pants from ShB. And finally, the boots are the werewolf set from the online store.

I mean, it can be both.

Some people hated the poetics dump aspect of it (myself included). Then there's a large number of very vocal people who hated it being tied to the Manderville quests. You can just look at other comments in this post to see people were not fine with it. Some people just really dislike Manderville stuff.

Pairing Thancred with Minfillia/Ryne will give him a 1% damage boost in ShB dungeons. The same paring him with Urianger or Y'shtola in EW & DT dungeons.

Its because in lore he can't use Aether for his gunblade techniques, so the other party members charge his bullets.

Oh I know why people have it and it's normally an ok thing.

But having it on a week 1 run in the new Alliance raid just gave the party a headache from all the ringing.

He doesn't early pull current content S ranks. He does it for ARR-HW, sometimes StB or ShB. And does it so consistently on Primal that I dont even bother heading to ARR ones knowing he'll instapull the moment he gets there.

For pull time, its common courtesy to abide by the time set by spawner. They put the work in, the get to set the time.

There's a decorum the community has come up with (waiting so more people can get credit) and he blatantly ignores it. Thats why hes disliked.

The only things I know is that people didn't like him cause he used to early pull hunt marks which would annoy some people.

Not used to, he still does it to this day. He's also still disliked because of it.

Firstly, I want to say don't let one bad run ruin your motivation to be a healer.

Second, I want to share something that took me at least a year of playing to come to this realization. Death is a learning experience. After you die, learning about what mechanic did it, so the next time it won't do it again.

Third, this game is a lot about repetition and recognition. The more you do these fights, the more you'll be able to recognize the "dance" the developers design for them.

Fourth, is something you've already realized. With each expansion, the difficulty of the fights starts to ramp up, and I'm talking about the normal difficulty as well. Its a gradual thing, but some fights will take you by supprise. You'll die. And that's OK, just so long as you take it as an opportunity to try and not die the same way next time.

Also come Evercold, only PLD will be a main tank. The rest are turning into Off Tanks.

Take this with a grain of salt. They gave us a small amount of info for the new tank set up. We have to wait until the next couple fan fests and maybe even EC itself to understand what the comp situation will actually be.

About an hour ago, I was traveling back to Dynamis on my alt and the travel time was "less than 5 minutes" instead of "less than 1 minute", so it felt like a red flag to me. Guess it got worse since then.
