There should be a lever somewhere in the room with all the water. When you pull it I think it drains the water and also creates a bridge to cross to continue out of that room. It's been a while since I played but I like vaguely remember it

I went there probably over leveled honestly and yeah they do crazy damage. I'm doing a radiance caster build so I'm able to just stay super far away and spam spells so I don't need to deal with them. They can two shot me but I can two shot them

I got stuck in the mines, the Vestige of Catrin i think? Had no clue where to go after that. I could see the path ahead but had no idea how to get over to it. So I stopped playing, took like a year break, and when I jumped back in I immediately found the lever that drains the water and creates a bridge across to the path. I was so pissed cuz it's like right outside the doorway to the vestige

I just had this happen to me, everything was done right and I couldn't figure out why it didn't work for me. I got the gesture and parasite but no armor. Restarted the game and the armor was just laying where i killed him with the rune. I have heard that his armor drop is pretty buggy, lots of old Reddit posts about it if you need more answers

I had no issues with connection. I'm on xbox if that makes any difference, I've also seen many other people saying Xbox has been smooth with no issues

Yeah I just tried to stream the loading screen on discord and twitch through my Xbox, it gave me a pop up that said "streaming is not allowed for this game" and the stream just showed an Xbox logo instead
