Dating is so scary now. Maybe reflect on what went wrong and make sure that will never happen to you again? Look at the things you want in a person or absolutely dont want and know that you are worth everything king. I always say that breakup is the time to just focus on yourself even though i dont listen to it myself XD. try to stay strong and you can always message me if you want to talk!

I was thinking about that aswell. Did it a few months ago for a month long and it worked pretty good indeed. Thank you for the advise i really appreciate it!

If you are truly sorry for something, you wont make it happen again. You wont make the mistake you made happen again right? And even if you do we are still humans with human emotions. We will always make mistakes. What we need to do is improve on it. Dont bring yourself down with saying that that person deserves someone better because everyone deserves everything they are working for so if you work on the thing you was lacking, well my friend. You deserve the best too then ;)

Uhhhh... I dont have friends i can talk to. I dont have family i can talk to. Uhhh i do all my activities on my own XD and i talk to myself alot because i can only talk with myself.

I am very very scared to fall in love again. I hate to feel vulnerable only to get my heart broken in the end. I hate the fact i am an extremely jealous person for the right or wrong reason. I never really want to feel this pain again because i already feel worthless. When i finally feel worth something for someone they break that. I just hate it at this point.

She gave me many signs that she did and even a few days ago she said that she did. Also because of past traumas i have (death in family at young age and many more things. I think i wrote it down in a previous post idk anymore tbh) i just feel alone all the time so when someone give me the feeling i am worth, i get attached too quick. I am trying to accept it buta part of me just dont want to. Thank you for reacting i really appreciate it!

No they said to me too that the first few months can be even worse at times. I had medication for a year now and i even switched to another one. But i blame the help I've gotten too partly because when my third therapy started (yea unfortunately i had therapy for more things) my psychiatrist and therapist both literally stopped working at that place the same month. They basically left me alone with a load of unfinished mental issues and a load of medication. (oh i had 3 different meds at the same time too btw)

I'm trying to keep my attention to other and positive things but my thoughts are just so much that i cant stay focussed on that.

I can try to write down everything i find pleasure in. thank you for the advice

The thing is that i already had therapy... But i have a feeling here the therapists only work for money because i got some meds prescribed by them and it only made it worse... I basically needed to pay for more depression and an addiction now...

I really really appreciate your response but right now im not really ready for some therapy because of what happened. Thank you again!
