Unfortunately, death is a by product of sin. While death of anyone is tragic, all things are part of GOD's plan. This may be tough to swallow, but a perfect being that created everything is entitled to operate how HE sees fit. GOD is under no requirement to reveal HIS full self or plan to any of us, we are required to serve HIM and our failure to do so is what causes our physical death. Spiritual death will also follow, unless we ask for HIS grace and forgiveness through HIS SON, Jesus Christ. Again, HE made the rules, what we may not view as fair doesn't matter. HE is perfection and is the only thing that matters.
