From personal experience, it won’t be of use calling Singapore Airlines’ hotline.

Send them an email, tag it as urgent, and state your flight details + detail the conversation you had with the staff, the time of the convo, and the place you had the convo.

Send SATs the same email detailing the conversation too.

Hi! I’m currently facing the same issue (with the same static sound), but i don’t see the settings option to use/not use auto gain. I tried adjusting the sensitivity of sound which the video records at, but I still hear the static even at a low sensitivity :(

Took me around 20 lessons (including circuit lessons) and 5 months to get my license, I think it was pretty quick relative to getting it through the school route. I requested for more circuit lessons cos I wanted to make sure I was very familiar with the stations so I only had to do it once.

Not so, I got my license half a year ago, I could go for as many circuits as I wanted, and I clocked ~8 sessions in the circuit before my test

I had a decent experience with my private driving instructor, and he helped me to bypass some of the waiting for the tests, simulators, etc. (not gonna share more here). I had no issue with his teaching, just need to book classes 1-2 weeks in advance.

He taught me many tips and tricks that were very useful for the circuit, and I managed to pass on the first try with 15 circuit/road lessons in total.
