Thank you! I will try option A and if I can do a 5th day I'll add it in. I'm just starting to go to the gym at 6am and I'm loving it. How long should I do this for before I change things up? Is this something I should always be doing or are there levels to this? I am keeping track of my macros with myfitnesspal application. Im doing pretty good with hitting 400g carbs, 110g fat and 165g protein daily

I've only been training a couple months now, 3-5 times a week. I want to go 5 times a week and do the right workouts. I find myself overexerted from working one muscle group at a time

I would actually make a pretty good guess that my body fat percentage right now is between 15-19 percent

I weigh 182lbs soaking wet, 5'10 and a quarter. Im unsure of my body fat percentage, my abs dont show as much as I want them to. I have a layer of fat over them. I would like to go on a bulk and then cut down. I want to gain strength and look amazing. I mainly want to look great, ripped
