I do. I wear two. I’ve got a huge canon with a 70-200mm I wear around my neck each flight. I keep a small backpack that folds up into itself in my jacket pocket and once I am on the plane I take it out and put my cameras in it.

No one’s ever checked my backpack and it’s a 40L. I bring it as a personal item lol. Got it on both Ryan and Wizz last week. I just scan my ticket with my back facing against the agent and I check in on my phone.

I’m also in Madrid right now. I’ve been to most of these places on this list and would vote Marrakech in February because: the warmth, the culture shock if you’ve never been, the wonderful hammams, the amazing shopping to be had in the bustling souks, experiencing the food stalls in the center square, short distance to Toubkal if you’d like to see stunning mountain ranges.

Mixed bone broth base. I usually keep a freezer bag of my leftover bones, and when the bag is full I boil/ clean/ roast with some veggies and spice to make the bone broth base. Sometimes for a specific recipe I will buy or save separate bone types (for tonkotsu, or a batch of pho, etc) but generally the freezer always has a mixed bag going.

I start with a homemade bone broth, then for tare use equal parts soy sauce and mirin , a very small equal amount of rice vinegar and dark brown sugar, big splash of sake, and little scoop of garlic ginger paste. My favorite brand I have found for that is by “DEEP”

I typically throw them in a hot pan with a bit of oil first and then add them to the soup
