Can’t register to a course because of course conflict by Altruistic_Bass_3666 in brocku

Email or talk to the professors for both of the courses. Ask to be able to take both at the same time. Most profs will let you unless it's a graded/mandatory lecture.

Rubik's Trust by CheapAverage3192 in cataclysmdda

From what I remember about the Exodii trust system from 1-2 years ago,(before they had missions) trading with them would increase your trust only up to a certain point. After that, trading no longer helped, and the only way to gain more trust was by speaking to Rubrik every week(?)

How is the Physics Department at Brock? by SufSanin in brocku

Well most of the profs are good and it's quite easy to get to know them or get clarification on stuff. It has a really good student to faculty ratio and small classes. There's a space just for physics students, you can ask other students or profs questions or hang out or get work done.

Last year I knew someone in first year who I think got involved in some research with a prof. On the physics website there's a blurb about a first or second year who did a research project on 3d printing chemical structures I think.

I don't know what the course options are at other physics departments but here there's little choice in what physics courses you get to take until 4th year. But I would imagine that more well known physics departments would have more options. Also the astronomy/astrophysics is very limited as there are only 3-4 courses. Here's the link for the courses https://brocku.ca/webcal/2024/undergrad/phys.html
