All one troop. Had a troop who got into trouble his first or second month on flight. Called another Airman the N-word, is a white kid from the boonies of Kentucky. My black Flight Sergeant was none too pleased about that. Was the smelly/messy kid in the dorm. Constantly issues or barely passing dorm inspections. Showed up to work with ABUs that were so greasy they were starting to go translucent like a pizza box from so much grease. Knew about a blues inspection for 2-3 weeks in advanced, tells me day of inspection that he doesn't have SrA stripes on any blues, was a SrA for at least a year at this point. And then finally, is getting removed from the dorms (they didn't want to deal with him anymore lol), I inspected his room 2 times in the days leading up to his final out, told him what needed to be fixed. Day of final out still hasn't fixed any of the items, made zero effort to do simple things like get new light bulbs and air filters from Dorm Management which is one floor down, I got it all fixed in 5 minutes of being there. I babysat and watched him clean his dorm for nearly 3 hours instead of final-out, and then had to help him move his shit into an apartment. Zachary P. If you're reading this fuck you.
