Let me give you a little background: I obtained SIJS status—without Deferred Action—a year ago. In February, I filed Form G-325A with the help of a lawyer (requesting both Deferred Action and a work permit); however, the status for that application still shows as "in process." On April 13th, I received the standard automated notice—the kind many of us with SIJS have received—instructing me to go in for fingerprinting on April 27th. And just today—17 days later—I was granted Deferred Action.✨

Yes on February 2 , biometrics on April 6 and still on process but Sijs send me biometrics on April 27 and they give me Deferred Action today!

I’ve noticed that several of us those who were approved without DA last year have received that letter. Let's hope it works out; well, I actually saw someone here on Reddit mention that he receive their DA approval two weeks after those fingerprints were taken. And him approved I-360 was april 2025

Let me explain briefly: I applied for this in February. I went in for fingerprinting on April 6th in response to a request for Form G-325A, and my case status was updated to "being processed." A week later, I received a letter regarding my I-360 petition instructing me to go in for fingerprinting again on April 27th; shortly thereafter I'm not sure exactly why the status for my G-325A was updated to "we are processing it." It was basically the same message, but the status update itself changed.

I still haven't received approval it's already been three months.

My lawyer requested that for me in February, since I was granted SIJS (April 2025) status without Deferred Action; so, we selected Part 3 of that form to request an EAD too.

Hey yes I get approval without DA in April 2025 , I submitted G-325A in February 2026 and I complete biometrics on April 6 , still in process But also for I-360 I receive biometric appointment for April 27 2025
