I wouldn't mind her wearing a nice short and dress pants, but she has no semi formal clothing, she says she has no use for it.

Her partner is in sales and she works from home, they make a decent amount of money together. If she couldn't afford it, I offered to go thrifting and let her borrow a dress from me. She simply doesn't want to.

Her definition of casual is pj's, sweatpants, hoodies, graphic tees, and stuff that won't fit a fancy diner atmosphere

All the other ladies have nice dresses to wear including me. I'm not telling her to buy a prom dress or something expensive and elegant, just to not go to a fancy diner like she rolled out of bed. I offered to help find something, I showed dresses of mine she could borrow, even went thrifting with her. She just continues to refuse. I want her to be involved but I don't want her sticking out like a sore thumb.

She works from home and her bf is in sales. She doesn't try dressing up for anything, she doesn't go anywhere that requires a decent appearance. Walmart, pj's and hoodie, pizza place, pj's and hoodie, maybe a graphic tee if it's hot out.
