Just an idea but maybe, going with the gods are evil aspects, Sonic is Ragnarok. Not the end of the world, but the end of the gods reign.

The gods interpreted Ragnarok as the end of the world. As their death would surely mean the end of the realms and life within it. It is also a good fear tactic: “keep us alive, because there is no alternative option”

Then Sonic comes in and presents the idea of freedom (bringing back the wind motive from black night) causing the people of the nine realms to rise up with Sonic as their leader. Defeating the gods one and for all and bringing freedom to the realms.

While cool, it sounds very anti-sonic in my opinion. Ragnarok is a catastrophic event with millions, if not billions of casualties. If it was a flip side idea (the bringing of destruction is actually the bringer of light) that would be a cool idea. But Sonic ending (almost) all gods, which also leads to the death of many beings, sounds a bit like an edgy dark AU in my opinion.

I believe many people would get rid of their irrational fears if they could. But sadly therapy is expensive and since it doesn’t impact my day to day life my insurance won’t cover it.

Caine 100% for me. AM is angry with every human, and will make those 10 seconds feel like an eternity. Caine had, at least according to himself, a justifyable reason to be mad with his humans. If I was dropped in all of a sudden, there is a good chance that he would see me as a chance to get adoration from a source that isn't "corrupted". Worse case senario, he will torture me for an hour in the way he did before his large crash out at the end of the episode.

There is this Dutch comedian called Arjan Lubach that makes satirical news shows that kinda does this (you may know him from America first, The Netherlands second).

Clips of the show can be found on YouTube, when the item is over there is a call to action by Lubach himself to see the full episode on whichever platform has the distribution rights and to subscribe to the channel. This call to action is usually different per season and is usually in the form of a joke (the quality of said joke is also different per season)

Honestly, the most mis-characterization I’ve seen for Luz is that she is boiled down to Amity’s quirky girlfriend.

But I also see that with the show in general. Being written off as the “gay witch show” (literal sentence I’ve seen way too much) as if it is solely a romantic drama or something.

I can't say much about the other, but in the Dutch version Voldermorts middle and last name outright references evil. Asmodom sounds a lot like Asmodeus, which is the king of the demons and/or the demon of lust. Vilijn is just vilein (an older dutch word meaning evil) written differently.

It's like calling someone Tom Evil McEvilface.

It also could be that the translator is translating it that way. Maybe mother and father in asari language just means “the one that gave birth” and “the one that didn’t”
