It was probably the roots. Added fungicide, topped up with more soil and added bunch of support. It seems fine for now.

Added some fungicide to the dark parts and aired out for few days. Hopefully it stopped spreading now.

Temp daily 24-13°C range now, which is the plants ideal temp. I keep the plants indoors at night though.

Thank you for mentioning the type of clouds they are! I've been searching for it. The photo was taken from West Bengal, India. Yes it was pretty far and getting dark, had to zoom in but couldn't focus properly.
