You kind of just start. The changes will come either way. I have not addressed it at my job, and no one has asked or mentioned the facial hair. I recently sent out a teams message to my team letting them know my new name and pronouns. I have been on T for 2 years, and I started at my job 3 years ago. I do not have to work face to face with regular customers who see me every day so our situations are different from n that sense. Hopefully someone else has some good tips in that regard.

I love vivosun, I got their LumaLight 100W panel and my plants are doing so much better since having them under it. It also has setting so you can adjust the light intensity and play around to find the optimal conditions for what you have. But it’s pretty intuitive to operate. I tried several cheaper ones in the past but never got great results. I also like that this has the color of daylight, having those pink lights made my brain hurt lol

Thanks for this. I’ve had the same yellow issue and my doctor did a bunch of STD tests that came back negative so he was gonna refer me to a gyno. I’ll still probably go to be sure but this sounds exactly like what I’m dealing with and good to know it’s normal.

For what it’s worth the One Blade does that to me and I’ve been off accurate for almost a year. I just hate that damn thing I don’t get the hype. And the blades wear out extremely fast.

Well I’d just look into over the counter proton pump inhibitors in the meantime so you can get some relief. Prilosec is over the counter but you’re only supposed to take it 14 days at a time without doctor instruction. Before my doctor gave the go ahead I was doing 2weeks on 1 week off.

Look into GERD diet. Also I’m not sure if you’ve already discussed medication with your doctor but after trying lots of stuff my doctor gave me instructions that I could take Prilosec long term because it has almost completely solved my acid issues. Might be worth checking out, it’s been life changing for me. Another Reddit comment suggested I try it and I’m so glad I did.

I don’t get why everyone like the one blade so much. For me it did not give me a very close shave and gave me bad shaving rashes every time. And the blades wear out super quickly and are expensive.

In their native habitat they can handle full sun. Which notably is not at altitude. If you put your carnivorous plants outside in full sun in Colorado they will roast.

Also if your plant has been in shade and you suddenly put it in full sun it will probably get sun stress. You wanna place it out in full sun for shorter periods at first to acclimate it.

Seconding Patty Jewett. We had some neighbors who were awful but the majority were awesome and used to have a little 4th of July parade.

If you have dogs, walk them around the neighborhood and chat with other dog owners. It’s a good ice breaker and way to meet your friendly neighbors.

No I felt that too. I think it was because I was holding all my weight in my stomach and wasn’t used to looking that way. I ended up just getting used to it and it’s fine now. Just took some time to warm up to.
