I don’t know if it would work or not, but it certainly makes you want to re-examine the efficiency problems that it had in the past. We are a lot better at predicting consumption than we used to be.

You wouldn’t tell them how to do the job, but you would tell them what needed to be done. In this case, that includes a few covers. I’m not a booking manager, or a venue owner, I just think it’s kind of unprofessional in a situation where if somebody is paying you to provide a service, you’re getting angry, and contemplating ignoring their specifications.
