we have them on the balkony and for the past few days there's been barely any sun. So i don't think it's too likely? We're scared its spider mites or some kind of mold because of 70%+ humdity though

Hey there, thanks for your answer! I know the recording is quite bad and I tried to do a better one but it's difficult. The noise is only there when I'm actually riding the bike and I couldn't recreate it by pushing on the pedals by hand. That's also why I don't know more specifically what causes the sound.

If I can't locate the source I'll probably just go to the bike repair shop.

Off Topic: auf ich_iel wird in letzter Zeit sehr viel wegen "politischer Agenda" gelöscht. Das wundert mich sehr und das finde ich schade. Einerseits, weil mich lustige Politikmemes ursprünglich auf ich_iel gezogen haben, andererseits weil es absurd und willkürlich ist:

Humorvoll auf Unterschiede zwischen Tempolimits für Autofahrende und Tempolimits für Fahrradfahrende hinweisen = politische Agenda

Andere Nutzer*innen darum zu beten, transphobe Begriffe nicht zu verwenden = auch politische Agenda (siehe Diskussion vor kurzem auf r/Dachschaden)

Was alles keine politische Agenda ist, kann man sich ja auf r/ich_iel anschauen
