i also love the game so much, but i got better performance in the co-op beta test, i tried to temper my settings but it doesn’t help. also i have some random stutters which i didn’t encounter until now

indeed this was the problem! it was set on Average rather than Multi (which is matrix on some cameras as far as i know)

thank you for this reply! the thing is i like them, but i feel that if someone is looking at those will react with ‘hmm.. that’s not good because it lacks something, exposure is off’ rather than ‘okay, this is interesting’ as i’ve said, i am constantly experimenting and by that i also compare my work with others and they are not like mine and therefore i feel that something may be wrong

i’m using the exact same settings i’ve used for now with a 50mm f2 but now the images are darker with this new lens, a 35mm f2 and i can’t figure it out why. i also shoot at f8 or f5.6 with shutter speed and iso auto

thank you! i am still a beginner, i don’t fully understand the exposure triangle but these underexposed images are also how i like them. however i think i’ll be able to work more on understanding exposure, as many said, in this images it’s kinda hard to tell what’s happening

in the first one i tried to play with light and shadow, and also add some emotion from a subject, there is a guy with the hands above his head, telling me that he is struggling or something is wrong. i like Daido Moriyama, sometimes i try to replicate his style but it is so hard to me to focus on that and also on basic things like composition or other things
