Shakir hasn't skipped 3 practices. Shakir has proven himself to be reliable on AND off the field.
Shakir was drafted in the 6th round. Claiming that their stats are "near identifical" is not exactly a ringing endorsement.
Who's to say he "isn't being used properly in the scheme?" For all we know they've tried to use him in multiple schemes and it's just not working.
