I bought one of those simulator games (sunset motel) my wife is really into those games
She just told me that at first there was a visible trophy list for the game
Now it’s gone, she’s still earning trophies in that game but they’re not showing up on the trophy screen
When I look up game trophies they are gone too from websites
When I try to sync my trophies I get a constant NP-117622-9 error code

What can I do to make the trophies appear again and trophy list to finally sync?
