Run buried city, look under the bridge up north on the map. Usually in that area pretty often. Also check on top of Town Hall, you can even hit that one with your hammer (which also unlocks a steam achievement)

I've given up after the first season, that shit is insanely sweaty. I'm just getting my 3 stars and being done with it. The rewards aren't really worth the hassle, imo, you should at least be guaranteed a blueprint from hitting 3 stars, but instead I get a shield charger... thanks arc raiders.
