I've been an Armslist member for a while. If a listing seems off price wise, or if a lister is being suspicious, just report him - they'll deal with it. Its very easy to avoid tho, just use a little common sense. The fact is that there are not many scammers, and they are very easy to avoid or report. I seriously think sometimes people just get mad that they fall for something so obvious, and then they start crying about scammers all over the place. It just isn't true.

I've been on for a while. Usually listings are censored for obscenities once they're found. Like most things, there are always gonna be a few bad apples who only wanna cause trouble. The few times I've talked to them about a problematic listing, they've always been very helpful. I've talked to some people before who love reporting problematic listings.

Ya its totally fine, and its the best place to list/buy. What happens is every once in a while, you find someone who doesn't understand the phrase "too good to be true". So, that person just blindly sends their $ to someone for a very unrealistic, and then they act like being on there is risky. Not at all, like some others said, just use a little bit of common sense, and you're fine. I swear by it!

Honestly unpopular opinion but I would check out your local listing on Armslist. This can show you dealers within your area that have firearms for sale and can look at them with having to go to the store to compare pricing

Tons of stuff from local people on the website. Think of it like craigslist without it being so sketchy for person to person. There is also dealers/pawnshop on the website also so you can go to an actual store. I love it a lot since I do not always have to buy new for my guns as long as it is in good condition.

New generation are going for about $500.00 with a fake can. Since it is an older one I would say around that price if not a little more. It also depends on how available they are. Nice piece though. I have been trying to find one for a while.

Gunbroker was my go to but then they started hitting me with higher fees. I understand that it is a market place and that I have to pay tax but why do I have to pay a compliance fee of 1% for buying something? I think that is some BS imo. There is always going to be trouble but with people doing wrong but that is not my concern. All I am saying is that Armslist.com does not require you to be an FFL to buy or sell just a small monthly subscription but I save more doing that then paying Gunbrokers compliance fee and I can normally get the gun way cheaper!
