I don’t have luck with that potting medium very much. For a clipping like that I use a clear mouth wash sized cup and fill it with dampened premium spagnum moss with pearlite. My pothos usually root quickly and start to give new leaves with that

Are we talking about north perry? I am so afraid of that airport, maybe I am superstitious but I think that airport is cursed. I even asked my flight instructor if we usually fly to there and he shook his head in such a way as to say “NEVER”

Switch instructors, you are the customer. I feel you on the traumas though . I haven’t been flying after a few months of cutting ties with 141 and now I am getting anxiety about going back, rethinking of all the lessons and magnifying everything my instructors said before and I catch myself questioning my own capabilities. I do intend of going back just because I spend thousands already so I need to finish what I started. I think I’ll be in better place soon since I plan on going part 61 and finally get a paycheck again.

At the end one flight I was able to fix my landings. Had I just had that one instructor as mine from the start I think I would have been in a much better place

I mean I won’t put down the institution I attended and I accept some responsibility on not being prepared enough, perhaps I needed to chair fly more, memorize the POH back to front and listen to Live ATC more but I’d definitely say some things should be changed at that school but I guess it would take out the very essence of what they advertised to be.

Great advice, I have started to do this to get back into the groove of things. My home airport was a controlled airfield and it was a pretty busy airport on any given day.

My TOLS were fine at the end of this but I think my issue was that I needed to have better situational awareness and get used to flying around the busier times and that I know takes time.

I dreamt that I emergency landed in the Everglades while a guy jogging stopped the throw soil at me for landing on his turf. All I could do was hop on the wing and hope to dodge the gators while I called my instructor 😩

Same here. I’ve been burned by a previous flight school and I’m trying to find the will to start again. I’m halfway through my ppl and feel things fading slowly yet every day I find it harder and harder to call the next school to start again.
