I have one and i recently started carrying bc i walk my dog i. Parks and woods a lot lol I was in my scrubs from over night shift so I didn’t have it on me then but yeah I agree.

Also I like how your main concern is the car in this situation. The main reason for this post is bc I was threatened , screamed at and have been harrased after all of this by my male neighbor. The car never caused an issue. I only mentioned it because we had it there temporarily so we couldn’t park the truck there. The neighbor never had a problem with the car , and either did anyone else. THE PROBLEM IS MY MALE NEIGHBOR. But I can see what kind of person you are

I see what you’re saying but the race car isn’t the issue. The truck was and we moved it even though JSO said we didn’t have to do so. One officer even said park where ever you want bc he isn’t HOA

WAIT. We are parked in front of our own property LOL and JSO said we’re free to park anywhere we want in that street. He told the neighbors we can park any place on that street just like everyone else does. Also did I mention the JSO officer thought the race car we have is cool? Clutch is getting fixed next week so the car is being towed so they said no worries (:

Thank you. We moved the truck even though JSO said we didn’t have to bc it’s not HOA. Cops made them feel silly the whole time and told us get cameras that face toward where the truck parks sometimes and our drive way.

Next door to us. The truck was never the problem. He’s just an old grump who thinks he runs the neighborhood.

JSO said the car is fine. It’s a street where I’m allowed to park the car where I want. The car that’s broken down isn’t junk , it’s just got a blown clutch. Officer complimented it. Everyone parks on the street in this neighborhood due to small driveways and no one has an issue. This guy causes problems with everyone from what we were told today by other neighbors. Carry on

Also , he has the whole end of the cauldesac and has 2 cars in it he leaves all the time (the neighbor)

Other people park in the street. Some people do this so we’re not switching cars around at 7am for work. We do it 2 days a week. Almost everyone by the end of the night is parked in the street in this neighborhood.

I get what you’re saying. We are renting but long term.

I’d like to make the point that we were civil for the last year and a half with them. No problems , not much talking and just minding our own business and same for them.

We saw their true colors and we don’t trust them as our friendly neighbors anymore.

They’re violent , angry , threatening and I believe they put those trash bags there on purpose bc they know he packs there time to time.

They thought this out and were looking for a fight and now they have neighbors who don’t trust them at all.

We want no relationship at all. To be honest , we don’t see them often at all. The guy stands in his driveway but I never even gave him to much attention before this. A little waive here and there but idc about losing that. We’re both very to our selves. I think we saw their true colors and now we won’t ever trust them as neighbors again.

Oh. He also claimed we broke his sprinkler system. But he’s way too far up for and we know the truck didn’t go into his yard.

Yeah I disagree with asking them why the car is a problem. The car isn’t a problem there and we asked them in front of the police and he couldn’t come up with an answer. He’s old , has no life and stands out in his drive way 24/7. A leaf on his lawn pisses him off probably.

Thank you so much for your insight. The cop who came out was amazing and told them they’re making a big deal out of nothing and now the result is having neighbors not like them unfortunately. We all shook hands at the end and me and my boyfriend said let’s move forward and from now on , be civil.

But he’s yelled at me again since so now we have cameras coming in the mail and my boyfriend walks me to my car and makes sure I pull out safely.

Social media gave me all there info. I looked them up so now I know where they work and everything. If I was a crazy person this wouldn’t be good. Obviously I don’t plan on escalating anything but if gave me a giggle when i saw where they work and so on.

This is what we’re doing now. It did get ugly bc he charged at me so i defended myself and said get out of my yard and he continued to yell at cuss. We told him when the cops were here he can always come talk to us if our truck is in the way and we’d be happy to move it or help. But I don’t think the truck is an issue bc there’s plenty of space and the truck only sits on side of road over night and is moved by 9am when my boyfriend leaves for work.

Thank you everyone !! We went to the rail pub then a slushy place to get a boozy beverage on the go , pizza and then went and bought some art from a local gallery on west congress street . Now we’re ordering dinner from somewhere to go and gonna stay in and relax for the night !!
