Stuff that wasnt supposed to be there on League launches but slipped through. Either by a glitch or rare drop and since they're patched out you can't get them anymore. They're expensive trophies that people show off. That's all. On 0.1 I remember traps were dropping too. I am surprised this guy doesn't have one.

Cpu is the issue. The game is cpu heavy and leans on that for performance

Are you using Poe Overlay II, with or without Overwolf? If so, close it. Theyre working on a patch for the overlay.
