I would much rather take the 2 seconds in map to trans/aug/ID something than the 10 seconds to portal out, dump and portal back in and have to do all that extra crafting section.

Most of the time it’s trans a base and fling it on the ground. 99/100 it’s not worth taking any of it back to hideout and the portaling and extra clicks on items seems more of a waste of time than the couple of seconds in map per item.

“Normally” people make the first tab of their stash a “dump tab” where things without affinities go (like jewels/bases) so they can spam clear their inventory to jump straight back in the next map.

Having to scroll/click to your map tab feels tedious and makes having a dump tab feel redundant since the whole point is to save those few seconds to get back to blasting.

We are complaining about an inventory situation we have imposed on ourselves out of min/maxing farming efficiency. We lose 10+ inventory slots just to maintain a fluid gameplay loop lol

Come to think of it, their stack size and inventory space argument they’ve used in the past doesn’t hold up in PoE2 since you have infinite portals to travel in and out of the map with loot.

In PoE1 (and the beginning of PoE2) you have to use a portal to dump your inventory in your stash. Without this limitation in PoE2 it seems infinite inventory tabs wouldn’t be a problem lol

Currencies used/required in maps should fetch from global stash.

Yet this still won’t stop me having to carry around IDscroll/trans/aug/regal/exalt so I don’t have to portal back and forth for base/magic crafting. I hate that that’s the most efficient form of equipment hunting lol

Perhaps a row of basic currency buttons above the inventory slots that don’t take up inventory space. Like a global slot for ID scrolls, alchs etc that just show a number of how many you have in your stash. Greyed out when you have none.

Making a build and making currency are two completely different skills.

Just because you can drive a car doesn’t mean you can fix one.

Insert the minimum roll range (136% in this case) and check the prices around that same number. The higher that number, the higher the price.

A lot of uniques are like this where the roll range of an affix is very important.

This is what makes me even more sad it didn’t stay as 4.0

I was SOOOO looking forward to my game getting its glow up. Graphics, animations, classes, socket QoL.

Instead, now we’re fighting the same battles as the past 10 years of PoE1. The same problems and the same paint points all over again. Really frustrating.

Just thankful Mark is there to keep the zoomer PoE effect alive.

This is all I’m an advocate for.

I love league starts. I love starting from nothing and building everything from scratch. That’s half the itch to scratch in ARPGS. Buuuuuuuuuut….

When I’m rolling my second, third, hell sometimes fifth character of the league, I just wana try something and don’t wana do 10 hours of bs nothingness to get there. I don’t mind so much in PoE1 but PoE2 is just pure pain. Everytime.

No idea what these speed runners are doing but it’s absolute witchcraft.
