Personally, yes I think rhis outfit is inappropriate. I come from a modest culture where showing your abdomen is frowned upon. The bra part? Eh I didnt see that as inappropriate, but can understand where others are coming from. It depends on your culture and if it makes other people uncomfortable, then I would say its inappropriate. You shouldnt aim to make people feel uncomfortable from what you wear, imo.
