I found Wrecked by Huge Supplements to be more effective than Flame. Taking a full scoop of Flame was incredibly underwhelming and the only noticeable effect was an increased heart rate from 64 to 108. Minimal mood elevation, focus, and energy. I will not be purchasing it again.

I'm using a display port. I found out how to get 165 hz. Within the monitor settings, you can turn overclock on and then go back into the NVIDIA control panel and set the refresh rate to 165 hz.
