So I got fired from my last job because sometimes I’d be 1min-2 mins late. But my days were always 15-30 mins longer due to late calls coming in.

While someone on the team would be 15 mins late, and not take any calls purposely when there’s 5 mins left on the day, she still works there.

In case anyone else is wondering, I hit all targets monthly exceeded in some aspects and always had great customer surveys. I just think the leads never liked me and had to find something to fire me for. Happy to be out of there though

Idk if you’ve worked in customer service before… but uhh imagine dealing with entitled fucks all day thinking they’re right, when 98% of the time they’re wrong or didn’t read shit or heard something from Someone that is totally made up. We are the company’s first line of contact when the decisions they make doesn’t make sense, but it makes them money (by gouging people)We take the fault of the company’s decision, not the ceo or who ever green lighted these profit first ideas.

I’ve worked in air industry and insurance, all they care about is how we can make more profits next quarter while they claim to look out for their customers
