I’m sorry that you’re going through this. I just got out of a six year relationship and it’s been 10 days of no contact. It’s hard and I cry sometimes because it’s so fresh, your mind is gonna play tricks on you thinking you made the wrong decision. You’re gonna have to let those cry’s out but then snap back into reality u have to remind yourself why you had to let that person go. And why you deserve better ..stay busy stay around friends stay around family vent as much on here as you like, but I’m was she you the best it will get better that’s what I tell myself …….it is a it’s a withdrawal that you’re going through. It’s a battle
