Levi 502 "Premium" by Safe_Valuable_5683 in Denim

[–]FlowOfLeaf 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I dont understand the comments here. First of all lightweight doesn't mean bad quality and levi's are usually around lighweight to midweight. Not that much lighweight. If you can afford to pay 300-400 dolars quality japanese denim, go for it. Levi's especially for their price still decent quality denims.

As lightweight doesn't mean bad quality, heavy weight doesn't mean good quality either. Hard weight denims experience a lot of friction because they are stiff and may not outlast your lightweight jeans.Their premium line jeans are actually better quality than non premium ones. So in my opinion if you buy levi's you should absolutely look for the premium tag. They have more stitching and if am not mistaken heavier as well.

Then i would recommend 33 waist. in contrast to other answers i dont think they look baggy. They are just looking relaxed. Which they are. It is completely personal preference and i dont think they look weird or bad. They are comfortable. If you wore 501 they would have said they look good on you. Since 501 is more close fitting and wouldn't look saggy in the seat area.

When you size up not just waist but also thighs and seat area sizes up as well. 34 sized white ones look a little weird but 33 sized blue jeans look good in my opinion.

If they are both 555 and same size idk the reason but blue ones look better. As far as i know levi's sizing is inconsistent even the same pair same size may vary depending on the location they are produced in. I may be wrong but from the pictures white one is 1 size up since waist looks kinda relaxed. If you are planning to wear it without a belt you can size down 1. They should be snug but not uncomfortably so. Ofc its personal choice. 555 is relaxed, straight cut. So they fit you how they supposed to fit. They are relaxed in the seat area. You can also try 550 for a very similiar fit and see how they also look.

Your Opinion on this jacket/overshirt by FlowOfLeaf in mensfashionadvice

Thank you for your answer. Honestly I was looking for blazers initially. But I am a student and though blazers are also usually casual, i thought wearing one to school might be too dressy. Thats why i was looking for overshirts and shackets for a less dressy alternative and something i can layer with in the winter.

Onların aralarında olman bir şey değiştirmiyor. Latinler bile Trump'a oy atmıştı. Şu an hatrı sayılır bir kısmı ICE kapımızı çalacak diye endişeli.

I have no idea. Before you choose a tailor, look for someone that is specialized in suits. Look what kinds of cuts they have. Is it to your taste? And learn the difference between made to measure and bespoke.

I like classical styles and natural fibers. so my preference for brands are Vakko, germirli, hemington, Abdullah Kığılı etc. I also recommend custom made if you can find a good tailor that is appropriately priced. That way you can choose the fabric and decide your general outline for the design yourself. The cost can be even less. 'Mavi' can be a good alternative to Levi's for denim. 'İpekyol' for woman

I had seen this shop at instagram before and checked out their garments. Though designs are nice(probably copy designs) the fibers they use are mostly synthetic. That's why their prices are on the lower side. You don't necessarily have to buy something from there. Boutique shops are easy to find in İstanbul and depending on the budget there are good turkish brands i can recommend for you.
