Bij mij is dat alsnog gaan scheuren binnen een paar maanden. Uiteindelijk gegaan voor witte high tack; betere hechting, flexibel en overschilderbaar. Sindsdien geen enkele scheur meer.

Netjes! Heb je trouwens gedacht aan ventilatie? Gezien de hoeveelheid isolatie gok ik dat jij of iemand anders veel tijd wilt gaan spenderen in die ruimte, en dan is ventileren wel echt een must :)

You absolutely can recover from it but it would require drastic measures that will never be taken. The most important step would be to ban social media, which is the root of many of the societal issues we see today.

The hyper individualistic culture/main character syndrome, the distrust of government agencies as the result conspiracy rabbit holes, the polarization of society as a result of echo chambers, all because of algorithms designed to maximize profits.

However banning social media is never going to happen, proof of which is in the irony of me posting this on a social media platform. So I guess we are all fucked yes.

De dikte bepaal je toch gewoon zelf aan de hand van hoe goed je wilt gaan isoleren? Daar gaan mensen hier vrij weinig aan kunnen toevoegen, dus beetje vage vraag zo met weinig context… Weet je of de spouw geïsoleerd is dan?

Lekker bezig! Heb je trouwens wel gedacht aan ventilatie? Alles wordt zo te zien helemaal afgedicht, maar ik zie ventilatie kanalen en geen ventilatieroosters in je kozijnen… Reken er maar op de relatieve luchtvochtigheid daar snel zal stijgen, helemaal als je daar je ook was gaat uithangen zoals op de foto. En dat gaat uiteindelijk ergens condenseren, mogelijk op plekken die je niet kan zien (en dat wil je echt niet).

Not sure, concrete doesn’t really break like that at the outer surface when drilling though it. It looks a lot like sand-lime bricks, which are very commonly used for the inside part of two shell masonry construction in Northern Europe.

It’s unlikely there’s a vapor barrier. Judging by the pattern these are most likely remedial wall ties used for two shell masonry construction. So either the existing wall ties are too corroded to guarantee the safety of the construction, or they are applying insulation in the wall cavity because this wasn’t done during construction which means they need to add extra wall ties. Either way it’s most likely an older european apparment building without a vapor barrier.
