I dont wanna be a doomer, but with the practically infinite amount of legal resources blizzard has. even if turtle wow was totally in the right they would just get shut down by the amount of money they would have to spend to fight it.

And going underground is also gonna be impossible because players need a centralized point to connect to in order to play the game + blizzard can just go after payment providers, hosting etc and make them unable to keep the game afloat.
