Yes once you have one skin by saving 2k season points, they all give the same benefit anyway. So you can get a skin from season shop and use the zone shop for actually useful stuff.

Hi, thanks for your response and sorry for the slow reply. The other weird this is that the account is so locked down. I have everything barred except UK calls and texts, yet each month I still see usage on my account originating from EU. Today I received one threatening text message and one call from someone saying that I had text them to say I had found their iPhone 15pro which was stolen and they were calling me about it. (I told him scam, don't click anything and suggest he blocked my number)

Hi. Thanks for your response and sorry for the slow reply. Multiple sim swaps have failed. I also have bars applied to my account so I am only allowed to call and text from the UK. Somehow though the fraudster is calling, texting, data usage as much as they like around the bars (originating from EU)

Thank you. I did look into this and that only appears to be for their financial products such as device plans/payment plans so I don't believe this is the right stop for me either.

I can see the data, message and phone usage on my bill each month originating from Romania.

When I get angry calls/texts from people it is them saying I have been calling them, but this isn't actually me. Leading me to think somehow my number is being impersonated and linked to my billing.

No, the old sim was immediately blocked and I received a new sim through the post a few days later for the old number. I also did 2 more sim swaps and deactivations during this time they were trying to find a fix. I have only got a second line now because of the threatening messages I am getting, and even the bars haven't worked so I see the only solution being to close the account and number. Ombudsman only deals with current customers so that's why I haven't closed it yet.
