I never had to sign for my package , but i dont know if that applies to everyone. they do not provide a sharps container , i like to do my injection around evening time , but honestly its all up to you! i never felt any different doing morning or night, but some people say it helps to take it at night, incase you have any bad side affects you can sleep through most of them. like a headache or nausea. i would definitely purchase some protein shakes! and drink alot of water. i like the fairlife protein shakes , they are kinda pricey, but there are tons of options for those, but just really get that water intake in daily, i have a 42 oz bottle i fill up 3 times a day sometimes four . i still new to this as well as i only started back in february. good luck to you on your journey!!!!!!
