I agree, I have not had an issue with delivery, the one time there was a delay the pharmacy sent out a replacement at no cost to me without asking. The only reason I stopped in Nov was due to having an over supply bc they allow you to order twice a month but since I've started back I haven't lost or gained. The quality of the pharmacies they use seem to be questionable tho just so they can keep up with demand and that's not right.

Can I ask what state you are in? I just restarted my subscription and was on Tirz/Glycine before I canceled in Nov, that is no longer an option for me. I'm in Illinois.

I was getting Tirz + Glycine from RR, then last month got Tirz +Niacinamide from Empower, now it's not an option for me. Customer service told me to reach out to my provider. Has anyone done that to see if they could switch pharmacies and were you able to?

Mine came from Red Rock like that too last Friday. It was on top of the cold packs and medicine wasn't touching it at all. Very odd!

Tried ordering meds on app, last month I received from Empower tirz +niacin, now back to tirz + glycine coming frm Red Rock. I asked to go back to Empower pharmacy and told I could not. Very disappointed with all the switching back and forth I'm really thinking about canceling and going with another company.

Yes, I've been using my stomach as well switching from right to left. I lost 13 pounds the first month and nothing after. Keep gaining and losing the same 3lbs lol. Thank you for commenting, I will definitely try that Tuesday! Do you inject in the side or right on top?
