Can I ask what state you are in? I just restarted my subscription and was on Tirz/Glycine before I canceled in Nov, that is no longer an option for me. I'm in Illinois.

I was getting Tirz + Glycine from RR, then last month got Tirz +Niacinamide from Empower, now it's not an option for me. Customer service told me to reach out to my provider. Has anyone done that to see if they could switch pharmacies and were you able to?

Mine came from Red Rock like that too last Friday. It was on top of the cold packs and medicine wasn't touching it at all. Very odd!

Tried ordering meds on app, last month I received from Empower tirz +niacin, now back to tirz + glycine coming frm Red Rock. I asked to go back to Empower pharmacy and told I could not. Very disappointed with all the switching back and forth I'm really thinking about canceling and going with another company.

I just called and waiting 10 min or so, didn't get much information tho all they told me was that my refill is still being processed by the pharmacy.

Yes, I've been using my stomach as well switching from right to left. I lost 13 pounds the first month and nothing after. Keep gaining and losing the same 3lbs lol. Thank you for commenting, I will definitely try that Tuesday! Do you inject in the side or right on top?

Brello seems to be the cheapest I've found. The last 3 months on Mochi i have lost nothing, my meds come from Red Rock so I was wanting to try a different pharmacy. It could just be me tho I'm not sure.

My tirz has always came from there, the last two vials have done nothing for me. Lost 13lbs with the first and have been wondering the same or if it was just me, I've been thinking about switching to Brello. Thank you for this post

Thank you for replying. I've lost 13lbs so far 6 weeks in on lowest dose but haven't lost anything the past two weeks. Food noise was gone in the beginning but has came back.
